Especially in the period before redevelopment, you can create space for experimentation, encounters, and collaboration. This not only makes the city more dynamic but also offers opportunities for businesses and initiatives that would otherwise have no place. The vibrancy and diversity of W70 perfectly align with what we want to strengthen with RCD: an inspiring, accessible, and innovative urban district.

We deliberately chose W70 because it aligns with who we are: an open, social hub that feels at home among other socially engaged initiatives. The energy here is unique, and connection, creativity, and collaboration are literally just around the corner. It's the ideal base for us and a meeting place for our buddies and, of course, our monthly games night: the Buddy Café.

We're thrilled to be a member of W70. It's so cool to see how other entrepreneurs who are also in this building help each other out when needed. For example, during our shoots, we have help from photographers and videographers who are on the same floor as us. It's reassuring to know you're in an environment where everyone is willing to help each other out. That's why we're so happy we chose W70!

Because all our colleagues travel by public transport or bicycle (green!), a location close to Rotterdam Central Station is a godsend. The building also offers ample space for rapid growth. It's fantastic that we were given the freedom to design the upper floor flexibly and entirely to our liking. Feel free to come and meet us!
