A wide range of services are available to DS51 users, including a caretaker, barista, car sharing, business-class printers, and various phone rooms.

Solar panels, a sedum roof with 15,000 honeybees that contribute to the city's biodiversity, and a facade made of 100% recyclable materials all contribute to a sustainable building. But equally important are the large windows that allow for abundant natural light, and climate-controlled ceilings that ensure an optimal indoor climate. The interior has also been designed with sustainability in mind. The timeless design reduces the need for replacement items and extends the lifespan of the interior. The spaces are furnished with 90% second-life furniture and are given a completely new lease of life in DS51.
